The ITEI team embarked on a series of visits to local entrepreneurs across the region, aiming to gain a firsthand understanding of the challenges they face in their business ventures. During these interactions, the team listened attentively to the entrepreneurs' stories, taking note of the common obstacles such as lack of access to capital, limited market information, and inadequate business training. The purpose of these visits was not only to build trust and rapport but also to identify practical ways in which the NGO could offer targeted support. By collaborating directly with these entrepreneurs, the NGO hopes to develop customized solutions that will enhance their business operations, improve their access to broader markets, and ultimately contribute to their long-term success and sustainability.
